Heather Molina is no stranger to the Spinning Logic podcast as this is her 4th appearance. This time we were live in person for the first time. Heather is a blogger, world traveler, a yoga instructor, a plant medicine advocate, my creative muse and my favorite person. In addition to yoga and ayahuasca, in this podcast we tackle all the tough stuff: Politics, Religion and even Abortion. It was one of my favorite conversations.

Since then she has become a renown lecturer on cults and human rights, she is a Quaker activist and the author of the fascinating book Jonestown Survivor: An Insider Look. Brian Dickinson is an author and motivational speaker. He served for six years as a US Navy Air Rescue Swimmer and has climbed in expeditions on the highest peaks of all seven continents. He wrote a book called Blind Descent in which he recounts the single most harrowing story that you may ever hear. On the podcast he details out the blind descent from summiting Mt. Everest solo. No hype needed, this is one of the most incredible stories of survival that I have ever heard and am so grateful that he shared his story with us.
