Dana Ayers is a former White House staffer for George W. Bush and currently serves as a Public Affairs Officer for the U.S. Navy Reserve. She is also a dedicated runner and obstacle racer, who does so on her own terms and at her own pace. She wrote a very motivating book called Confessions of an Unlikely Runner.
